The Crisis Facing Our Reefs

Coral reefs are the rainforests of the ocean, housing 25% of all marine species. Yet, climate change, pollution, and overfishing are threatening their survival.

50% of the world’s coral reefs have already been destroyed. Without action, 90% could be gone by 2050.

Reefs protect coastlines, support marine biodiversity, and sustain local economies through fishing and tourism.

Wave of Change is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the world’s coral reefs. Our mission is to restore these ecosystems through science, community action, and global awareness. We believe that saving the reefs is not just an environmental issue but a necessity for sustaining marine biodiversity, protecting coastal communities, and combating climate change.

Founded by a group of passionate ocean advocates, Wave of Change has been working tirelessly to implement sustainable practices, raise awareness, and provide resources to communities dependent on reef ecosystems. Our initiatives include coral restoration projects, public education campaigns, and lobbying for stronger environmental protections.

Wave of Change is driven by a vision of thriving oceans teeming with life, where humans coexist responsibly with marine ecosystems. We invite you to join us in this mission by supporting our work through donations, volunteering, or spreading awareness. Together, we can turn the tide and create a ripple effect of positive change.
